Real Estate/Construction Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager
The Real Estate/ Construction Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager will work for the President, Sr. VP and VP’s. The Assistant Finish Superintendent will be responsible for scheduling and coordination of the construction project from deck layout through insulation and drywall to final punch-out, ensuring completion of the project is on time, within budget, and up to quality standard. The Real Estate Financial Analyst will play an integral role in the development planning, acquisition, disposition and ongoing management process of company assets focused on underwriting analyses, due diligence, pricing analyses, budgeting, closing, and monitoring of new acquisitions. You will be actively involved in and work on deals from inception to disposition, taking on a high level of responsibility and given a great deal of autonomy.
Executive Assistant to the President and COO
The Executive Assistant will work for the President and COO. This senior-level position allows you to take on growing levels of executive support and gain exposure to many aspects of the business. You will provide high-level administrative and research support, assist in schedule management, handle internal and external communication, and execute multiple complex and diverse special projects, as directed. You should be highly detailed, enthusiastic, and focused on maintaining confidentiality of all corporate, personnel, research, and personal matters. You will prioritize strategic initiatives and facilitate critical path deliverables and will require a strong working relationship, trust, and seamless communication.
The Architect will work in the multi-disciplinary project team on high-end developments from conception to completion while incorporating the Founder’s philosophy of respecting space, structure, materials and their expression. You will experience all phases of the design and construction processes. You should have extensive experience with Revit and construction document production, be meticulous in attention to detail, and possess a professional and collaborative demeanor as a team member.
