Assistant MEP Superintendent
The Assistant MEP Superintendent will provide knowledge and oversight of subcontractors and field personnel for all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protections aspects of the project, ensuring work stays on schedule, conforms to specifications, and that the site is presentable.
Assistant Finish Superintendent
The Assistant Finish Superintendent will be responsible for scheduling and coordination of the construction project from deck layout through insulation and drywall to final punch-out, ensuring completion of the project is on time, within budget, and up to quality standard. You should be hands-on and driven.
Our luxury mid-rise apartment community requires an experienced, professional Package Concierge to lead resident package reception and delivery services on a full-time basis. We’re looking for a Concierge who understands the value of excellent customer service and can provide resort-level service to all our residents. The successful person will report to the community’s property manager and work with the entire team to ensure prompt action to residents’ inquiries and swift communication to residents, shippers, and suppliers of any concerns.
The maintenance technician for Optima will have the opportunity to work directly for the developer performing maintenance service for a luxury apartment community. They will complete service requests, unit turns, preventative maintenance, and other functions throughout the property, playing one of the most critical roles in the success of the property.
The leasing consultant will have the opportunity to grow and strategize innovative ideas for marketing and resident retention, and provide extraordinary customer service. They will guide future residents through the touring, application and move-in process, closing leases and maximizing revenue for the community. Our Leasing Consultants build a positive and lasting influence on our visitors, prospects, and residents, and understand the importance of exceptional service and first impressions.
Real Estate Financial Analyst
The Real Estate Financial Analyst will play an integral role in the development planning, acquisition, disposition and ongoing management process of company assets focused on underwriting analyses, due diligence, pricing analyses, budgeting, closing, and monitoring of new acquisitions. You will be actively involved in and work on deals from inception to disposition, taking on a high level of responsibility and given a great deal of autonomy.
The Staff Accountant will have a strong work ethic, excellent judgment, and a desire to build a long-term career with us. You should be highly organized and detailed, with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. It is important that you can work effectively with minimal oversight, and function well in a team environment.
