Real Estate Executive Assistant
As a senior-level Executive Assistant supporting a Senior Vice President on our Executive Team, you’ll take on growing levels of executive support as your interest and skills allow, own projects, and gain exposure to many aspects of the business. You will provide high-level administrative and research support, assist in scheduling, handle internal and external communication, and execute multiple complex and diverse special projects.
Assistant MEP Superintendent
The Assistant MEP Superintendent will provide knowledge and oversight of subcontractors and field personnel for all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protections aspects of the project, ensuring work stays on schedule, conforms to specifications, and that the site is presentable.
Assistant Finish Superintendent
The Assistant Finish Superintendent will be responsible for scheduling and coordination of the construction project from deck layout through insulation and drywall to final punch-out, ensuring completion of the project is on time, within budget, and up to quality standard. You should be hands-on and driven.
Seeking a hands-on, driven Maintenance Superintendent responsible for scheduling and coordinating the maintenance of multiple Optima projects in Arizona sites, including exterior, interior and mechanical. Coordinating and scheduling with both on site and off site mechanical trades for the repair and long term maintenance of Optima and condo association controlled buildings. Ensure that all buildings and grounds are maintained to the highest standards.
Package Concierge – Part-Time
Our luxury mid-rise apartment community requires an experienced, professional Package Concierge to lead resident package reception and delivery services on a part-time basis. We’re looking for a Concierge who understands the value of excellent customer service and can provide resort-level service to all our residents. The successful person will report to the community’s property manager and work with the entire team to ensure prompt action to residents’ inquiries and swift communication to residents, shippers, and suppliers of any concerns.
The leasing consultant will have the opportunity to grow and strategize innovative ideas for marketing and resident retention, and provide extraordinary customer service. They will guide future residents through the touring, application and move-in process, closing leases and maximizing revenue for the community. Our Leasing Consultants build a positive and lasting influence on our visitors, prospects, and residents, and understand the importance of exceptional service and first impressions.
