Optima Center Highland Park - Winner of National Award for Excellence in Design from the Precast Concrete Institute

This 7-story, U-shaped project surrounds a dramatic 4-story glass atrium and incorporates upscale retail stores, deluxe office space and chic apartments. Optima Center was developed to enhance the city's distinctive streetscape and cleverly designed to create many small, private office suites.
